A delegation of Lithuanian filmmakers represented by the cluster visited AFM – American Film Market, which took place on November 1-6. in Santa Monica, California.
This fair is a solid platform for various production companies, creators and countries to present their capabilities and uniqueness, buy and sell content, and spread information about content creations to a wide audience of Hollywood and world creators.

Members of the cluster delegation visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Los Angeles, where they discussed the current affairs of the AFM, the achievements of the Lithuanian film industry and possible future plans, actions and likely challenges in the promising US market.
Within the framework of the event, the sixth industry promotion party “Lithuanian AFM Networking Event” took place, organized by the cluster together with the Lithuanian art promotion organization Lithuanian World Arts Council, the Lithuanian professional club Lithuanian American Business Association in Los Angeles, the Consulate General of the Republic of Lithuania in Los Angeles, the Lithuanian Cinema Center.
Its purpose is to present the capabilities of the Lithuanian film industry, to introduce the profit tax relief for the production of films and other content, to bring together film professionals from the world, the USA and Lithuania for meaningful and productive acquaintances.
